Leadership Advocacy; to build resources and community relationships which will enhance quality of life through neighborhood improvements with long-term sustainability.

Neighborhood Association Purpose

The purpose of the Cielo Vista neighborhood association is to enhance the Association’s area to promote a better neighborhood and community through group action, so that the quality of life in the area shall be in keeping with the social, environmental, cultural, and historic needs and interests of the residents and members.
